Yoga Classes for Spring 2019

Yoga Class in Skerries 'Old School' Skerries starting on 4th March at 10-11am for 6 weeks, suitable for Beginners and improvers. Make a good start to your week, energise, release stiffness, stretch and strenghten at this class.

Yoga Class (Beginners &improver level) in Bracken Court Hotel, Balbriggan starting on Tues 5th March at 8-9.10pm for 6 weeks.

Mixed Yoga class, (Beginners and improvers) Lusk Parish Hall, 6 week course starting on Thurs 7th March  8-9pm, (Restore your energy and well being after a busy week)

Prenatal yoga class starting in Bracken Court hotel on Tues 5th Feb at 6.45-7.50pm for 6 weeks, Book early to avoid disappointment.

Private Yoga Therapy sessions available if you are recovering from an injury,illness such as MS, Parkinsons, back problem, arthritis etc or not yet ready to start a normal yoga class and would like a few one to one sessions.

Welcome to Yoga balance

Hello and welcome to Yoga Balance!  I teach Yoga classes and Prenatal yoga classes in the North County Dublin area convenient to areas such as Balbriggan, Skerries, Rush, Lusk and Balrothery. 

My aim is to provide a calm and relaxing space for each person to practice yoga and to provide each person with the opportunity to discover their own strength through the practice of yoga and leave a class feeling better than they arrived and to enjoy the benefits of yoga after the class has ended.  Beginners and improvers are welcome to the class.

The Pregnancy yoga class is a mixture of breathing techniques, warm up & loosening, gentle flowing movements with breath, stretching the body, strengthening the pelvic floor muscles and relaxation.  All of these techniques are brilliant for energy levels, posture, pregnancy aches & pains and for preparing your body and mind for labour and birth.
