Welcome to Yoga balance Hello and welcome to Yoga Balance! I teach Yoga classes and Prenatal yoga classes in the North County Dublin area convenient to areas such as Balbriggan, Skerries, Rush, Lusk and Balrothery.
My aim is to provide a calm and relaxing space for each person to practice yoga and to provide each person with the opportunity to discover their own strength through the practice of yoga and leave a class feeling better than they arrived and to enjoy the benefits of yoga after the class has ended. Beginners and improvers are welcome to the class.
Prenatal Yoga The Pregnancy yoga class is a mixture of breathing techniques, warm up & loosening, gentle flowing movements with breath, stretching the body, strengthening the pelvic floor muscles and relaxation. All of these techniques are brilliant for energy levels, posture, pregnancy aches & pains and for preparing your body and mind for labour and birth.
